This forensic ledger documents seven years of systemic neglect and medical blacklisting. For the past seven years (2019–2026), I have documented and fought against escalating crises: the January 2019 murder-suicide that included crime scene cleanup with no trauma support, immediate family and friend abandonment, medical blacklisting blocking care (including antifungals for my September 2021 Aspergillus diagnosis), coercive control and emotional/financial abuse in the home, systemic neglect by agencies, and culminating in terminal lung disease (collapsed lung, prognosis September 2026) that had been entirely preventable. I reached out relentlessly—through formal channels, public appeals, and desperate last-ditch efforts—only to be met with silence, denial, or rejection every single time.

The Clinical and Experiential Reality

I have a terminal prognosis of 9/2026 from Chronic Pulmonary Aspergillosis in my CFTR-Related Disorder / Pulmonary Fibrosis / Bronchiectasis lungs with concurrent SPINK1 Hereditary Chronic Pancreatitis. This means I am being physically hollowed out while being legally and medically walled in.

It means that by September 2026, the math of my biology will simply run out of room to compromise, and I am currently being forced to spend my remaining finite energy fighting a bureaucracy for the right to even have a documented, dignified exit.

Verification & Diagnostic Sabotage:

While the Pulmonary Fibrosis (PF), Bronchiectasis, and SPINK1 Hereditary Chronic Pancreatitis are documented, the CFTR-RD and Aspergillus diagnostics were intentionally obstructed. A referral for a Sweat Chloride Test to confirm CFTR-RD was made unavailable by a dismissal letter from KU Physicians Network. Furthermore, an original sputum diagnosis of “light growth Fusarium” was a misclassification based on Gram stain microscopy alone—a finding refuted by professional home mold inspections showing zero Fusarium and high Aspergillus colonization. This medical “blacklisting” and the refusal to perform differential testing are what turned a treatable infection into an entirely preventable terminal prognosis.

Formal Systems and Agencies: Doors Slammed Shut

The “Too Complex” Trap It is a profound irony that the very agencies designed for crisis (988, mental health providers, NDVH) used my actual, documented suffering as a reason to deny service. In their view, if a person’s problems are “too complex,” they cease to be a patient and become a liability.

I made repeated reports and pleas to:

• LVMPD (ignored DV and Interstate Harassment)
• Local FBI (ignored Interstate Harassment)
• APS (ignored Abuse of Vulnerable Adult, minimizing it to simple ‘relationship issues’)
• 988 crisis line (dismissed as “too complex”)
• Mental health providers (turned away citing ‘too complex’)
• NDVH (‘too complex’)
• Medical providers/PCPs (sabotaged or denied reestablishment of care because of stigmatizing notes/codes in my Electronic Health Record—’blacklisting’)
• CMS/Medicare-related entities (rerouted back to offending agencies to investigate themselves)
• State DOI and regulatory boards (no traction)
• Civil rights and advocacy organizations (rerouted to useless ‘resources’)
• Domestic violence resources (useless for non-physical DV)
• Social services (ignored)
• Government agencies (no response)
• Law firms, private attorneys (declination)
• Legal aid (no representation)
• Elected officials (boiler-plate emails)
• Churches and community resources (each emailed the same useless, tired, old ‘resource’ list)
• Media outlets (ignored)

All resulted in inaction, rerouting, or outright denial.

Crowd-Sourcing and Public Appeals: Silence Online

I documented everything publicly on my blog, vlogs, and social media. None of it ever garnered a single share, much less a donation or meaningful engagement. After all standard help and escalation recourses were exhausted, I reached back to all family and friends who abandoned me post-2019, only to be ignored.

Celebrities and Public Figures: Crickets from Those Who Claim to Care

As a last resort, I reached out to advocates, activists, and celebrities who publicly position themselves on mental health, trauma, or abuse. Response: complete silence (“crickets”). Performative virtue signaling proved empty when it came to real people in real crises.

Ironically, there was one public figure who did respond once to offer encouragement… Sam Vaknin. In seven years, that is all the moral support I have received. Well, unless you count the ‘life coaches’ who wanted HUNDREDS OR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS—Predatory Capitalism under the guise of ‘self-help’.

Statutory Violations: Nevada Adult Protective Services (APS)

APS Case #466429: Premeditated Administrative Neglect On January 26, 2026, APS representative Taraneh Warner screened out report #466429 without investigation. This follows a February 2025 home visit where the representative witnessed hoarder conditions and food stored out of reach. Despite prior knowledge of a 11/23/2023 LVMPD response to a domestic assault and a multi-year pattern of financial exploitation, the agency continues to dismiss life-threatening neglect as “relationship issues,” while labeling the victim’s self-preservation as “uncooperative.”
